Stacy Rilling

Stacy has packed a lot of high powered restaurant accounting experience in less than a decade in the business. After completing her degrees at Tulane University in New Orleans, Stacy returned to her hometown of New York and began working for Danny Meyer’s famed Union Square Hospitality Group. As the Assistant Controller for Eleven Madison and Tabla, two of Meyer’s most successful and well known venues, Stacy fell in love with restaurants.

Relocating to the West Coast, Stacy became the Controller of Sprezzatura Restaurant Group, where she oversaw all aspects of the finance department as well as private dining at Frisson Restaurant and sister restaurant, Laiola. Stacy also acted as Controller of Bacar restaurant before meeting Laurie and Chad in early 2008 and joining AOC SF shortly thereafter. Stacy’s special interest is in working closely with front and back of house management to help them understand fiscal data and use it to reduce costs and increase efficiency in operations.

When she is not working, Stacy enjoys relaxing with her pugs, Bear and Tigger, cooking and playing guitar.
